About The Program:
To train innovation leaders in the organization, who in coordination with the organizational strategy, will lead innovation processes based on research and practical knowledge, using methods, tools and technological infrastructure, to develop an organizational culture of innovation, prevention and enable managers and employees to raise, promote and implement creative ideas for products / processes / services / models , While preparing for external disruptions and changing requirements of the environment and customers. The program will promote open innovation among innovation managers from different units and be open to outside innovation.
The program is intended for medium / large organizations, from all sectors of industry, and is delivered to innovation managers and innovation leaders as well as candidates for the position of innovation manager from all departments and divisions of the organization.
